Product Description

Tecco mesh is made of High tensile strength steel wire 3.0mm 4.0mm or 2.0mm or Stainless steel wire 3.0mm 4.0mm or 2.0mm,  the wire tensile strength ≥1,770N/mm2, Zn-Al Coated, knotted ends ≥1.5 laps,normally the tecco mesh specifications are including G65/3 G65/4 G80/4 G80/3 G45/2 G40/2, by using the anchors, boundary ropes and special tecco clips T3/T2, the Tecco mesh can covers over the slope tension and firmly. The Tecco erosion blanket is firmly fixed to slopes and features a finer mesh to ensure that small rocks can be held in place in addition to large boulders. All these designs enable the tensile strength of 1m with of mesh no less than 150kN/m, which can supply maximum protection to the slopes and peoples.

 

Specifications of Tecco Mesh

  * Wire diameter: 3mm, 4mm or 2mm. ( High Tensile Steel Wire Mesh Or Stainless Steel Wire Mesh )

  * Mesh type: Rhomboid hole, G65/3, G80/4, G45/2, G40/2 etc. ( It also can be square hole )

  * Mesh size: Inscribed circle diameter is 65 mm, 80mm, 45mm, 40mm, 60mm, 55mm, 70mm, 75mm etc.

  * Tensile strength: minimum 1770 MPa. (It's also available with 900Mpa, 1370Mpa etc.)

  * Corrosion treatment: zinc-aluminum coated (Zinc coating ≥150g/m2.  or heavily zinc coated (Zinc coating ≥200g/m2.)

  * Zinc thickness: no less than 150 g/m2.

  * Breaking load of single wire: 12.5 kN.

  * Roll width: 1 m- 2.9m- 3.5 m- 3.9m.

  * Roll length: 10 m- 20m- 30m.

  * Mesh Edges Tightly Knotted.

 

Features of Tecco Mesh

  * Safety. The tecco mesh can be used to stabilize any kinds of slope, including rocks and loose soil slopes.

  * High tensile strength. The tecco mesh is made of high tensile spring wire, which the tensile strength is more than 1770 MPa, which can supply maximum protection to the slope and people.

  * Environmental friendly. The rhomboid mesh can let the plants grow regularly and make the slope or maintain be more beautiful.

  * Rhomboid mesh structure. This structure provide most stability for the geological conditions and can be tightly secured on the slope even on the irregular mountains.

  * Knotted ends. Different from the chain link fence which has wrapped edge, the tecco mesh has knotted ends which can improve the tensile strength and stability of the structure.

  * Lightweight. The tecco mesh has excellent strength-to-weight ratio, which make it easy to install and transport.

  * Durable. The corrosive resistance surface let the tecco mesh has outstanding corrosive resistance performance, and the high tensile strength material make the tecco mesh be used for a long service life.

 

Tecco Mesh System Components

The TECCO system consists of four main components that are carefully coordinated with each other:
1). TECCO Mesh
      TECCO mesh is made of high-tensile steel wire with an ultimate tensile strength of 1770 N/mm2.

2). TECCO Spike Plates
     Rigid spike plates that are reinforced with ribbing ensure optimal load transmission from soil or rock anchors to the TECCO mesh.
     These plates are placed over the anchor heads and tightened to pre-tension the mesh onto the slope.
     The plates are galvanized and have dimensions of 13.0''*7.5"*0.3"/0.4"(330mm*190mm*8/10mm), 13.0''*7.08"*0.3"/0.4"(330mm*180mm*7mm/8mm/10mm), 13.0''*7.5"*0.3''/0.4"(330mm*205mm*7mm/8mm/10mm)

3). TECCO Connection Clips T3 / T2
      The high-strength steel wire connection clips enable mesh sections to be joined without overlapping and still guarantee one hundred percent transfer of forces. These clips are hot dip galvanized and consist of 0.16" (4mm) or 0.25"(6mm) thick steel spirals.

4). Soil or Rock Nails
     Adapted to the local soil and rock static requirements, the TECCO mesh can be anchored in accordance with our dimensioning concept with commercial soil or rock nails. The main anchors of the system are installed in a grid typically from 6.6 to 13.1 ft (2.0 to 4.0m)     horizontal and vertical spacing. Actual spacing depends upon the results of site analysis and modeling. Anchor consist of commercially available steel bars ranging from 1.0 to 1.25 ft (25 to 32mm). Selfdrilling grout injection anchors are also permitted.Additional anchors may also be used to provide added support at boundaries and in low points and hollows.
